Our story began over ten years prior to launching with a tour of a unique underused historic bank. The space was and still is being run by a non-profit. Their highest cost: heating the building in winter.
Where data resides and who can access it matters more than ever. As politics changed and big platforms became harder to trust, the case for secure, transparent, Canadian-based solutions only got stronger.
The thought kept resurfacing: "It should exist". With the security of a bank vault as a foundation, the opportunity emerged to build a company that benefits all parties.
